FAQ/Shipping Info

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Due to this unfortunate COVID-19 Pandemic, our Shipping time frame will vary from anywhere between 21 - 45 business days! This does not include Weekends/Holidays.

Our shipping carrier USPS has been delaying our shipping time frame due to being extra cautious about the COVID-19. 

*This is beyond our control once your order has left our Fulfillment Center. 

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING: To qualify for free standard shipping, must have a minimum order of $50.00 (United States)

Canada/Guam: $5.95 standard shipping

How long does the Free Standard Shipping take?

After your order is placed, processing time takes 2-3 business days. (Monday-Friday) The Free Shipping option can take up to 6-19 working days depending on which fulfillment center your item(s) is shipping from. (Not including weekends) Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, you will be sent your tracking number and be able to track your shipment. 

Can I cancel my order? 

An order can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing an order! After the 2 hours, your order cannot be cancelled! You will be charged a RETURNED FEE per paypals policy!

 Are there any options for faster shipping?

At this time, we are actively negotiating faster shipping rates and time frames with our carriers. However, at the moment we only have the Free Standard option for shipping. 


How do I know my package is shipped and is on its way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or FedEx) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.


I received a damaged item, what do I do?

Here at the AllMart, we know that many things can happen during the fulfillment and shipping process. In the unfortunate event that you have received a damaged item(s), please email a photo to our Customer Care Team along with your order number. From there, we will investigate and respond to you within 48 hours.
